Gujrani Estates Private Limited is tucked away in Gh-03, Sec-01. We are in T501 of the Stellar Jeevan complex. Being in Greater Noida, specifically the 201306 area, means we are right in the middle of all the new housing. We mostly deal with real estate and managing properties. It’s a lot of phone calls and showing people around different flats. The office is small, just enough room for a couple of desks and a filing cabinet. We don't have a big marketing budget, so we mostly rely on people telling their friends about us. It’s a bit of a maze getting to T501 sometimes if you aren't used to the building. We’ve lived in Gautam Buddha Nagar for years, so we know the shortcuts. Sometimes the market is slow and we just sit around and talk about the weather. Other times it’s so busy we barely have time for lunch. We aren't fancy people. We just know the local buildings and who owns what. It's practical work. We spend a lot of time checking on empty units and making sure the keys are where they should be. It’s not the most glamorous job, but it’s steady. We like being part of the Stellar Jeevan community because it feels safe and settled. Most of our days are just spent managing these small details for the owners who live far away. We keep things ticking along.
