We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world. We just want to do our part and keep moving forward. The office is simple, with just the essentials like tables, chairs, and our files. We have a lot of local people working with us, which makes the atmosphere feel more like a family than a corporation. Sometimes we have to deal with the challenges of being in a more rural spot, like slow internet or dusty roads, but we don't mind. It makes us more resourceful. We don't use a lot of marketing talk because we don't think it’s necessary. If you do the work, people will know. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized.
