Noida is a fast-paced city in the Gautam Buddha Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. Astralis Tower is a fairly modern building, so it’s a decent place to work from. Our unit is on the sixth floor. We focus on property and housing matters. The office is set up for work, not for show. We have rows of desks and plenty of cupboards full of documents and project files. It gets busy during the middle of the day with people coming in and out. Sometimes the traffic on the way into Sector-94 is a bit of a nightmare, but that’s just part of living in this area. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We are just a group of people who know the property market here. We don't have a big mission statement or polished slogans. We just get through the daily pile of work and try to stay organized. Most of our time is spent on the phone or in meetings in the office. It’s a practical setup and it works well for us. Being in Noida gives us a lot of opportunities to see new developments firsthand. We just keep our focus on the work at hand.
