GREY TECH CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

We are based in Greater Noida, specifically on the 8th floor of 4G 803 in Gurjinder Vihar. It’s part of the AWHO township in Sector CHI 1. Working from an 8th-floor apartment means we have a decent view of the area, which is still seeing a lot of new construction. Grey Tech Constructions LLP is our small firm where we handle technical building tasks and general construction. The office doesn't look like a typical business space. It’s more of a lived-in area with computers, printers, and stacks of architectural drawings everywhere. We spend our mornings responding to emails and checking the weather to see if it will affect the sites. Greater Noida is a big place, so we are often driving back and forth to check on progress. The elevators in the building can be a bit temperamental, so we get our steps in sometimes. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing. Our focus is just on the projects we have currently. There are always phone calls coming in from suppliers and workers. We try to keep things simple and organized, even if the desk gets cluttered with samples and receipts. It’s a quiet enough place to think and plan out the technical details of the builds. We just do our work and try to stay on top of the daily grind in Sector CHI 1 without much fuss.
