Green Chillys Restaurant & Cafe Launge

We are tucked away in Shop 58 at Guru Plaza. Most people know us because we are right near the Punjab National Bank in Jagat Farm. It is a busy part of Gamma 1 in Greater Noida, so there is always someone walking by or looking for a quick bite. The shop isn't huge, but we have enough chairs for people who want to sit down for a bit. We started this place as a mix between a regular restaurant and a place where you can just grab a coffee. The 'Cafe Launge' part of the name is how we see it, though most regulars just call us Green Chillys. The kitchen is right at the back and you can usually hear the pans clanking around during lunch hour. We don't have fancy decorations or anything like that. Just some plain tables and a menu that covers the basics. Sometimes the AC acts up when it gets really hot in Noida, but we try to keep it cool enough. Being in Guru Plaza means we see the same faces every day, mostly office workers and people doing their banking next door. It’s a loud area with all the traffic outside, but inside it stays okay. We just focus on getting the food out on time and making sure there is enough sugar in the tea. It’s a simple operation run by a few of us who have been here a while now.
