Gravitas Infratech Consulting & Leasing Llp

Our office is up on the first floor at F7 in Swarn Plaza. We’re right across from Jaypee Greens in Swarn Nagrip3. It’s a decent spot, and the plaza usually has a good amount of people moving through it. Gravitas Infratech Consulting & Leasing Llp is the full name, but we usually just tell people we’re the ones in F7. We do a mix of things here, mostly consulting on tech projects and handling some leasing work. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and looking at contracts or computer screens. The office is fairly basic. We have a few chairs for guests and a big table where we spread out all our papers. It gets a bit bright in the mornings when the sun comes through the front window, but we have some blinds to handle that. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. There’s just a handful of us who know what we’re doing. We like the location because it’s easy to get to and there’s usually a place to grab a quick bite nearby. We don't spend much time on fancy advertising. Most of our work comes from people who already know us or have heard about us from someone else. We just try to stay focused and get the jobs done without making things more complicated than they need to be. It's a simple operation, and we like it that way.
