We operate out of H-112, Ananda House in Sector 63. If you know Noida, you know Sector 63 is full of offices and factories. It’s a busy part of the city. We handle dairy foods, so our day starts much earlier than most of the other offices around us. The milk arrives early, and we have to get moving straight away. Our space in Ananda House is mostly taken up by cold storage and processing equipment. It’s not a place where we sit around much. We are usually on our feet, checking temperatures or loading crates onto the delivery vans. The office is just a small corner with a couple of desks for the billing and the phone calls. We’ve been here for some time now and we’ve seen the sector grow and change. The roads are better than they used to be, but the traffic is still a headache. We try to get our main work done before the midday heat kicks in. It’s a straightforward business. We take the dairy from the sources and get it ready for the shops. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. It’s just dairy work. The team is small and everyone knows what they need to do. We share a tea together in the afternoon when things slow down a bit. That’s about it for our daily life at H-112.
