We are located in Sector 93A, specifically at A2/0701 on the 7th floor of Tower Aspire-2. This is in the Supertech Emerald Court area. Gmhg Developers Private Limited is the name of our company. Being on the 7th floor gives us a bit of a view, which is nice when things get stressful. And they do get stressful. Building and developing property is a lot of management. You have to handle the money, the materials, and the people all at once. We spend a lot of time in meetings or on the computer. It’s a lot of emails and phone calls. Sometimes it feels like the phone never stops ringing. We aren't a huge team, but we work hard. We try to be sensible about how we do things. We don't go for anything too crazy or experimental. We just want to build things that last. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and coffee cups everywhere. That’s just how we work. We don't put on an act for anyone. If you come by, you’ll see us just as we are, probably arguing about some detail or another. It’s a tough business, but we like it. We’ve been in this sector for some time and we know the ropes. We just keep moving forward, one project at a time. It’s not always a straight line to the finish, but we get there eventually. There’s always more work to be done.
