Ghuraiya Contractor Private Limited is located way up in Flat Number 3601 of the Nova East tower, which is part of the Supernova development in Sector-94. It’s a bit of a change from the usual ground-level contracting offices you see. Being on the 36th floor gives us a pretty wide view of the surroundings, which is nice when you need a break from looking at contracts and blueprints. Even though we are in a fancy-looking building like Supernova, we are still just contractors at heart. We spend most of our time dealing with the grit and dust of construction sites, so the office is more like a quiet retreat where we can think and get the planning done. Sector-94 is a developing area in Noida, so there’s always some kind of building happening nearby, which keeps us motivated. The elevators take a minute to get up to our floor, but once you’re there, it’s a good space to work. We don't have a lot of decorative stuff in the office; it’s mostly just shelves full of files and some samples of building materials like tiles and cement. We like to keep things practical. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re more than what we are. We’re just a team that knows how to handle construction projects and we use this high-up office as our home base to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. It’s a long way up.
