Gen X Estate Llp

Our office is actually just House No 804 in Sector 29, Noida. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than being in one of those huge commercial hubs. Gen X Estate Llp started because we saw how much was changing in the local property market. We basically work from the ground floor here. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and maps we have lying around, but it feels more personal than a big glass building. Being in Gautam Buddha Nagar, we are right in the middle of all the new developments. We spend a lot of time walking around different sectors, looking at houses and land. My desk is right by the window, so I see the neighbors walking their dogs while I’m on the phone with clients. It’s a straightforward business. We show people what’s available, explain the prices, and handle the documents. We don’t use any fancy software, just our notebooks and some basic spreadsheets. Sometimes we stay late when a deal is close to finishing. The commute isn't bad for us since we're already tucked away in Sector 29. We usually have some biscuits and tea around four o’clock to keep us going. It’s a regular small business life. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us trying to help people find a place that fits their budget in Noida. We just take things as they come and try to be honest with everyone.
