We are based in Noida, Sec-62. The office is at Plot 32, right by the Airtel Tower in Rasulpur Navada. It’s a busy part of town with a lot of IT buildings around, but our work is more about the actual ground-level stuff. We do infrastructure projects. If you come by, you’ll see we have a lot of files stacked up. It’s not the neatest place, but we know where everything is. Frnd Infrastructure Private Limited has been around this part of Gautam Budh Nagar for some time. We know the roads and the local rules pretty well. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers. Getting cement or steel at the right price is half the battle. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us in the office making sure the projects don’t stall. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and talk until the generator kicks in. It’s a normal office life here. We have a few guys who are always out at the sites and a couple of us who stay back to handle the admin stuff. We don’t use much jargon. We just talk about bricks, mortar, and deadlines. It’s a practical business. We’ve had some good years and some tough ones, but we’re still here at Plot 32. It’s a decent spot to work from since everything is close by. We just keep our heads down and work.
