FORTALICE INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED

Fortalice Infrastructure is basically run out of our place in Gaur City 2, over in Greater Noida West. We are up on the fifth floor of Block I, specifically Flat 564 in the 11th Avenue section. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit different than being in a big glass office tower. You get to know the neighbors and the security guards at the gate pretty well. Working from here means we don’t have to deal with a long commute every single day, which is a relief given how the traffic can get around here. We handle infrastructure stuff, mostly coordinating things from our desks and making sure the teams on site have what they need. The balcony gives a decent view of the other blocks, and it's nice to step out there for a breather when the work gets a bit much. It’s a simple setup. A few desks, some filing cabinets, and laptops. We do a lot of our talking over the phone or on WhatsApp to keep things moving. Sometimes the delivery guys get lost looking for the specific tower, but we’re used to guiding them in. It's quiet enough during the day to focus. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of staff, just a dedicated team working out of a flat to keep the business running smoothly. Being in Gaur City 2 makes things convenient since everything you need is just a short walk away. We just do our work and go from there.
