Our place is on the second floor of Ansal Fortune Arcade, which is in Sector 18 of Noida. The office number is 47. Sector 18 is a pretty famous part of town, so finding us isn't too hard. We are developers who work on various local projects. We aren't a massive firm. It's just a small group of us trying to make things work. The office is usually full of maps and schedules. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting with people about land and building permits. Noida is always under construction, and we are just one small part of that. We don't use a lot of fancy marketing talk because we think the work speaks for itself. Sometimes we're a little slow at answering emails, but we always get back eventually. We prefer talking in person anyway. It’s easier to explain things that way. We've seen a lot of changes in Gautam Buddha Nagar over the years. We try to keep our projects practical and useful for the people who will actually use them. It's a lot of work and sometimes things go wrong, but we just deal with it and move on. If you're in the arcade, come up to the second floor. We're usually around during normal hours, unless we're out on a site visit. It’s a busy building but our corner stays relatively focused on the tasks we have.
