Fiberfill Buildcon Private Limited is located at B-64 in Sector-65, Noida. This area is full of offices and industrial blocks, so we fit right in with the rest of the companies here. We focus on construction and building work, which keeps us pretty busy throughout the year. The name Fiberfill might sound different, but our day-to-day is mostly about bricks, mortar, and site management. We aren't really about the big corporate vibe. Our office is more of a base where we handle the logistics and the accounts, while the main action happens on the construction sites. Sector-65 is a good place for us because it’s central to many of the projects we work on. Construction has its own set of challenges, like getting the right people for the job and making sure the supplies show up when they are supposed to. Sometimes we are juggling three or four things at once. It’s not always perfect. We have had our share of rainy days that stop work and delays that we didn't see coming. That is just part of the industry we are in. We take it one step at a time. The goal is always to get the project done so we can move on to the next one.
