Our office is tucked away in Bansal Market, which is part of Village Shahdara in Noida. We are right near the HDFC Bank ATM, which makes it easy to explain the location to people when they are trying to find us for the first time. Sector-141 is a busy place, and there is always something happening right outside our door. We spend most of our time here dealing with infrastructure projects and coordinating various tasks. It is a simple setup with a few desks and computers. There isn’t much fancy about the place, to be honest. We usually start the day with some tea and go through the files that need attention. The noise from the street is always there, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We are just a group of people working together to get things organized. Sometimes the power is a bit shaky, but that is just part of being in this area. We handle a lot of the planning and paperwork from this small room. Most of the local shopkeepers know us by now. It isn't a big corporate building with a glass front or a fancy lobby. We just have our name on the door so people can find the entrance. We keep things practical and don’t worry too much about looking polished. As long as the work gets done, we are happy. We usually wrap up in the evening when the market starts getting crowded.
