Erik Projects is located on the ground floor of Aakar Homz in Sector-68. It’s right near A-24. We chose this spot because it’s easy to get to and close to a lot of the work we do. We handle different types of projects, mostly stuff that involves planning and building. It’s a practical office. We didn't spend much on the interior design because we’d rather be out at the sites. Aakar Homz is a decent building and we’ve been here long enough that the neighbors know us. The team is small, just a few of us who have been in the industry for years. We’ve seen a lot of changes in Sector-68 over the last few years. More buildings, more people, more traffic. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand. Sometimes the work is stressful, especially when deadlines are tight. But we’ve learned how to handle the pressure over time. We don't use a lot of jargon when we talk to people. We just say what can be done and how long it will take. If we can't do something, we’ll tell you straight. That’s how we’ve always operated. Our desks are usually covered in papers and coffee cups. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We like it that way. It feels real. We just keep doing what we do.
