We are based in Baghpat, specifically at Arya Nagar Colony on Gali No 6. The address is care of Jasberi Devi, which is how most locals know where to find the building. Meerut Road is right nearby, so there is always some noise from the trucks and cars passing by. ENGINICS INFRA PRIVATE LIMITED is a small operation, really. We don't have a glass lobby or a receptionist at a big desk. Usually, it’s just a few of us sitting in the office trying to figure out the logistics for our next infra job. The colony is a regular residential area, so we are right in the middle of where people live. It makes the work feel a bit more real when you see your neighbors every morning. We do a lot of coordination from this spot. Dealing with Meerut Road traffic is a daily thing for us when we head out to sites. Baghpat isn't the biggest place, but there is plenty of work if you look for it. We keep our files in order and try to stay on top of the regulations. Some days are long and we stay late at the office under the overhead fan. We don't go in for much talk. We just like to get the job done and move on to the next one.
