Being in Sector 62 of Noida means there is almost always construction noise somewhere nearby. Our office for Engineering Blueprint & Construction Consultancy Private Limited is in the Flex Apartment building, specifically at A-108, C-58/22. It is a busy spot in Gautam Buddha Nagar, and we spend most of our time looking at drawings and doing math for different building projects. The office has stacks of rolled-up blueprints everywhere. It’s definitely not the neatest place you’ll ever visit, but we know where every single paper is kept. Sometimes the coffee machine breaks down and the whole day feels a bit off, but we keep going. We help people figure out how to turn their ideas into actual buildings. It involves a lot of checking and then checking again. We’ve seen the skyline around Sector 62 change so much just from looking out our window over the years. We aren't into fancy presentations or using corporate jargon. We’d rather just show a solid plan on a piece of paper. It is practical work for us. People come by when they have a problem with a site or just need a new layout. We tell them what can actually be done and what is just impossible. Construction is a messy business, but someone has to do the planning. We are just regular engineers in an apartment-turned-office trying to get the details right for the next project.
