ECPL PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED

We operate ECPL Projects out of A4/03 in Purvanchal Heights, over in the Zeta-1 area. Surajpur is a growing part of town, and being in Greater Noida gives us a lot of space to work with. Our setup is right inside the residential complex, so it feels a bit more like a home office than a cold, grey business center. We deal with various project management tasks and the technical side of infra work. Most of our guys are out on the field all day long, so the office stays pretty quiet until the evening hours. We have a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves and a whiteboard that’s always full of scribbled notes and phone numbers. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow out here, but we manage to get the emails sent eventually. Greater Noida is full of new developments, so there’s never a shortage of stuff to look at or plan for. We’ve had to learn how to navigate the local bureaucracy over time, which takes up a significant part of our day. It’s just part of the job, I guess. We aren’t a huge team with many layers of bosses, just a few dedicated people trying to keep things running as smoothly as possible. On some days, we spend more time talking to vendors about pipe sizes than actually building anything. But that’s how these projects go—it's all about the prep work. We like the quiet of Zeta-1 compared to the more crowded parts of the city.
