Our office is a simple place where we manage our infrastructure and project work. We’re an LLP, which means we’re a smaller, more tight-knit group of partners and staff. We don't have a corporate headquarters with hundreds of employees. Instead, we have a few rooms where we get together to figure out project logistics. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy because of the traffic outside, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy titles. Everyone here chips in with whatever needs doing, whether it’s filing papers or going out to a site to check on progress. Noida is a competitive place, but we just focus on our own work and try to do it right. We spend a lot of time on our laptops and on the phone, trying to make sure everything stays on track. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes we stay late just to finish up a report or a plan. We’re just regular people working hard in the Gautam Buddha Nagar area. We don't have any big mission statements, just a daily to-do list that we try to get through. It’s a lot of effort.
