DXI CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED is situated on the 3rd floor at Shop No 13 in NQI Plaza. This is right in the Alpha 1 Commercial Belt of Greater Noida. If you have been to this part of Noida, you know it is always busy with people and shops. We have been working from here, focusing on our construction projects. It is a bit of a climb to the third floor sometimes, but it gives us a good view of what is going on in the commercial belt. Our work keeps us on our toes. We are usually busy with site drawings, talking to contractors, or trying to sort out material supplies. Greater Noida is growing fast, and there are always new buildings going up, so we stay pretty busy. We are not a giant company with layers of management. It is mostly just a few of us making sure the work gets done. Sometimes the office is a mess of papers and samples, but that is just how we work. We don't bother with fancy presentations or big promises. We just tell people what we can do and then we go out and do it. It can be stressful when deadlines are tight, but we have been doing this long enough to know how to handle it. Being in Alpha 1 is great because we are right where the action is. We just keep our heads down and focus on the next project.
