Being near Pari Chowk in Greater Noida means there is always something going on outside our door. Our office is in GF-3, Block-C, and it’s a convenient spot for us to meet people. DSPRADHANJI CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED might have a bit of a long name, but we’re a straightforward group of people. We deal with the reality of building in a fast-growing area like Gautam Buddha Nagar. There’s a lot of competition around here, but we just focus on the projects we have in front of us. Our space is on the ground floor, which is good because we’re constantly coming in and out with dusty shoes and rolls of paper. We don't have a lot of corporate polish. We talk like normal people and we expect the same from the folks we work with. The 201308 area has changed so much lately, and we’ve been right here watching it happen. Every day is a mix of making sure the laborers show up on time and trying to find the right materials at a decent price. It’s not always easy, especially when the traffic around Pari Chowk gets bad, but we make it work. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just take on the construction jobs that come our way and try to finish them without causing too much of a mess. It's just us doing our thing in a busy city.
