Dream Houz Private Limited

We are based over in Sector 74, Noida. If you know the Ajnara Grand Heritage towers, we are in Tower M on the 15th floor. It’s a busy spot in Gautam Buddha Nagar and there is always something going on downstairs. We started Dream Houz because we saw how much the city was growing and wanted to be part of the housing scene here. It is mostly just us working through floor plans and talking to folks about where they want to live. Being in a high-rise ourselves, we get how the whole apartment life works. Sometimes the lift takes forever to arrive, but that's just part of life in Noida. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of branch offices. It’s just this one spot where we try to figure out the best way to help people get into their own homes. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site maps on our desks. The area has changed so much lately with all the new sectors popping up everywhere. We just try to keep up with it all. It’s honest work and it definitely keeps us on our toes. We don't really do the whole fancy sales pitch thing. We just tell people what is available and what we can do to help them out. If you're around Sector 74, you'll see the buildings we are talking about. It's a lot of concrete and real-life dreams.
