Doons Vaishno Bhojnalaya

This is Doons Vaishno Bhojnalaya, and we are over in Noida. Specifically, you can find us on Plot Number 2 along the main road in Sector 62. We are very close to Fortis Hospital, which is a major landmark for everyone in this part of town. Because of the hospital and all the office buildings nearby, it gets extremely busy around here. We provide food for the people who are working or visiting the area. It is a very basic setup with just some tables, chairs, and our kitchen. We don’t have any decorations or fancy lights. My family does most of the work, from the cooking to the serving. We have to start very early in the morning to get everything ready for the lunch rush. In a place like Noida, everything seems to happen so fast, but we try to keep our own steady pace. We have many regular customers who come in every single day for their meals. We have gotten to know them quite well over the months and years. The noise from the main road is constant, with all the cars and buses going by, but you eventually stop noticing it. We aren't trying to be some big, famous restaurant chain. We are just a local bhojnalaya providing meals to anyone who needs one. It’s hard work, but it is what we do at this spot every day.
