We are based in Basti, right around the Haveli Khas area in G N Basti. Our office is set up at Aradhana Singh’s place, which is where we handle the day-to-day paperwork for our development projects. It is not a fancy corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a regular spot where we meet up in the mornings to figure out the schedule for the day. We spend most of our time out at the different sites where the actual building is happening. Construction is a noisy and dusty business, especially around the 272002 area where we do a lot of our work. We deal with bricks, cement, and trucks every single day. Sometimes the weather in Uttar Pradesh makes it really tough to get things done, like when the heat is too much or the rain starts pouring down. We do not have any big slogans or marketing teams. We are just a group of people who know how to build things. The crews are mostly local guys who have been doing this for years. We just show up and do the physical labor that is required. If you walk through the neighborhood, you might see us on-site. We keep our heads down and focus on the bricks and mortar. It is practical work and we try to keep it simple without a lot of fuss. That is how we have always done things here.
