We are DHEERA INFRATECH PRIVATE LIMITED, and you can find us at D-1/81 A in the Arawali Apartments in Sector-52, Noida. Working out of an apartment building gives the whole thing a very different vibe than a typical office block. You see the same neighbors every day, and it feels more like a community. Our office is a bit cramped because we have so many files and computers squeezed into the rooms. We handle infratech work, so there’s always someone talking about sites or schedules. It’s not a polished place. The chairs don't all match, and there’s usually a pile of mail on the entryway table that needs sorting. We don't really have a boss who sits in a separate room; we’re all just in it together. Most mornings start with a lot of noise as everyone arrives and starts their computers. We spend a lot of time on the phone with people at different locations. It can be stressful when deadlines are close, but we usually just laugh it off and keep going. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big showroom or anything. We just provide a place where we can get our work done. It’s practical, it’s a bit noisy, and it’s where we spend most of our lives. That’s just the reality of running a small infratech firm in Noida. We just take things as they come and do our best.
