Devkailash Build Solutions Private Limited is based at D-301 on the 3rd Floor of Pristine Avenue. This is in Gaur City II, which is part of the Greater Noida West area. Being in a high-rise building like this means we see a lot of the same kind of work we do every day. Gaur City is a massive residential area with thousands of people already living in the tall towers. We focus on build solutions, which means we help with the actual construction and the technical parts of a project. Our office is up on the third floor, so we spend a lot of our time waiting for the elevator. The atmosphere in Greater Noida West is very busy and can be quite loud. There are always heavy trucks moving and people working on one building or another. We are just a small group of people working together. We spend our time looking at blueprints and talking to the site supervisors on the phone. It can get pretty stressful when things don't go according to the original plan, which happens quite often in this business. The weather can be a problem too, especially when it rains and the ground gets too muddy to move equipment. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything. We just try to solve the practical problems that come up when you’re building something. Our space in Pristine Avenue is where we do all the thinking.
