Devay Industries Private Limited

Our place, Devay Industries Private Limited, is located at 484, Udyog Kendra Extn-Ii in Ecotech-Iii, Greater Noida. This whole area is nothing but factories and warehouses. It’s quite far out from the main residential parts of Noida, so the commute for most of us is a bit of a trek every morning. The office is part of the industrial shed where we do our work. It’s a large space with high ceilings and it gets quite loud when the machines are running. We don't have any fancy carpets or artwork on the walls. It’s all very functional, with metal racks for files and sturdy wooden tables. We spend most of our time out on the floor or dealing with suppliers. The dust from all the nearby construction in Greater Noida is something we just have to live with. We are a small group of people trying to keep this operation running smoothly. We don't have a big corporate structure. If something breaks, we usually try to fix it ourselves before calling anyone else. It’s a tough environment but we like the pace of it. We don't spend time on things like mission statements. We just show up, do the work, and make sure everything is packed correctly for the customers. It is a straightforward industrial life in Ecotech-Iii and we are just another part of it, getting through the daily list of tasks.
