You can find Devannsha Infraventures Private Limited at Flat No 004 in Tower A1. We are located inside the Shrishti and Sanskriti Enclave in Sector 7. It is more of a quiet residential setting than a typical business district. Our office is just a simple flat where we keep all our project files and computers. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist at a desk. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sitting around the dining table looking at maps. We work on infrastructure projects and development. Sector 7 has been changing a lot lately, and we try to stay on top of all the new rules. We aren’t polished or corporate. We just wear our regular clothes and get to work. Sometimes the internet connection acts up or the water in the building gets shut off for repairs, but we just manage. It’s a practical place to work because we’re close to our sites. We don’t spend money on big ads or marketing brochures. Most people who work with us already know who we are. We try to be straight with people about costs and timelines. There’s no point in making things sound better than they are.
