Desi hut

Desi hut is located right in the main market on Alpha Street in Greater Noida. We are quite close to Navin Hospital, so there are always people around. This part of Noida is usually full of students and office workers looking for something to eat. We have this little setup so people can have a casual spot where they don't have to spend a lot of money to get a full meal. It’s a basic hut-style setup with benches and tables. It gets hot in the summer, but we have fans to keep the air moving. We do most of the cooking right where people can see it. It can get pretty messy when we're busy, but we try to keep things as tidy as possible between rushes. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most people just walk in because they smell the food or they’ve been here before. We’ve had some of the same customers for years now. The menu is written on a board, and we change things depending on what we can get. Sometimes we run out of certain items by the end of the day. It’s just how it goes when you’re a small local shop. We stay open until the market starts to close up for the night. It’s a simple life, just cooking and serving the neighborhood. We don't try to be anything we aren't, just a place for food. We stay busy every day.
