Delhicious

Noida Sector 62 is a busy spot. We are in Shop 1 and 2 of B Block. It is right opposite Mother Pride school, so we see a lot of parents and kids around. The B Block market is just there too. It’s a decent little space we have here. Nothing too crazy. We have a few staff members who have been with us since we opened up in this part of Noida. Most days start with us checking the stock and seeing what needs to be prepped. It can get a bit crowded during the afternoon when the local offices let out for a break. We try to keep the place tidy but with so many people coming and going from the market, it is a constant job. The school across the road makes it feel quite lively in the mornings. Sometimes the traffic on the main road outside gets backed up, which is annoying, but it brings people in who are just looking to wait out the jam. We don't have a big corporate setup or anything like that. It’s just a regular shop where we do our cooking and serve the people who live and work around Sector 62. We’ve got some regular chairs and tables, and the menu is just written out. It's a simple life running Delhicious, just keeping the kitchen going and talking to the neighbors who stop by for a quick bite. We usually close up when the market starts to quiet down in the evening.
