De Brownie Cakes & Cafe is over in Sector-50, Noida, right in the Central Market area. We are at B-I/2, which is quite close to the Dr Lal Pathlab. It’s a lively spot to be in. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or behind the counter. It smells like flour and sugar here most of the day. It’s not a big chain restaurant; it’s just a local cafe where we make things we like. The market is usually bustling, and we get a lot of people walking by while they do their daily shopping. We have a few tables where folks can sit, but it’s a pretty humble setup. We don't have a fancy interior designer. We just put up some shelves and brought in the ovens. It’s a bit messy sometimes when we are in the middle of a big batch of brownies. We like the local vibe of the Central Market. Everyone knows everyone else around here. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make good cakes. If you are in Sector-50 and need a break, you can find us easily. We stay busy with the baking, and there’s always something coming out of the oven. It’s a simple, honest little business. We enjoy being part of the neighborhood and seeing the same regulars every week. It feels good when people enjoy what we make.
