Dayareet Infraestate is located in Shama Vihar, which is in the Badalikhera area of Manas Nagar in Lucknow. We share the premises with Brij Lal Sharma. It is a very local setup, far away from the shiny glass buildings of the new city. Our office is just a simple room with a couple of desks and some chairs for visitors. We spend our time working on real estate projects and helping people with land-related matters. There is no big sign outside, so you have to know where you are going to find us. Manas Nagar is a growing area and we have seen it change a lot over the years. We don't use any complicated systems; we mostly just keep our notes in registers and on a single computer. Sometimes we have to go out into the heat to measure a plot or meet with someone at a site, and those days can be pretty long. We aren't a corporate giant, just a few people who understand the local property market in this part of Lucknow. We talk to everyone in a simple way and don't use any industry jargon. If someone needs to know something about a piece of land, we just tell them what we know. It is a quiet, steady business and we like the fact that we know most of our neighbors.
