We are located in Shop Number 501 on the fifth floor of Silverton Towers in Sector 50. It’s a big building, but we’ve got our own little corner where we handle everything. Dameera Residencies is mostly about finding places for people to live and making sure those buildings are actually decent. We aren't fancy people. We wear casual clothes and talk like normal human beings. Most of the time, the office is filled with the sound of someone typing or the printer running. We deal with a lot of paperwork because that’s just how this business is. Sector 50 is a fast-growing area, and we’ve seen a lot of changes from our window over the years. We started this because we liked the idea of being involved in the local housing market. It’s not always easy, and there are days when things go wrong with a supplier or a contractor, but we just deal with it as it comes. We don't have any slick sales pitches. We just tell people what we have and what we can do. If you come by Silverton Towers, you’ll probably find us looking at floor plans or arguing over where a wall should go. It’s just us, working hard and trying to stay organized in a business that can get pretty chaotic. We keep a pot of tea going most of the afternoon to keep us through the long hours. The building is mostly full of other businesses, but we've got a sign.
