Our office is way up on the 17th floor of Ska Green Mansion, right in the heart of Greater Noida West. It’s a long ride up the elevator, but once you get to A 1708, you can see for miles across Gautam Buddha Nagar. This area is changing so fast, and being up here gives us a front-row seat to all the new buildings going up. We are realtors, but we don't act like the ones you see in movies. We’re just a small group trying to help people find their way in this massive real estate market. The office is pretty modern because the building is new, but inside, it’s just us and our laptops. We spend most of our time on the phone or driving around to show people different apartments in Greater Noida West. It can be exhausting sometimes, especially with the traffic, but we like the energy of the place. We don't have any fancy brochures or big marketing budgets. Most of our clients come to us because they want someone who actually knows the different towers and sectors around here. We try to be as straightforward as possible about what a place is really like. No sugar-coating things. If a flat has a weird view or the parking is tight, we’ll tell you. It’s just easier that way for everyone. We’re just trying to do a good job from our little corner on the 17th floor. That’s about all there is to it.
