Cross Town Restaurant

Our restaurant is sitting at Plot Number 188 in the Gurjar Bhawan building. We are right on the GT Road in the Achheja area of Noida. If you know where Hero Motors is, we are pretty much right near there. Being on the main road means we get a lot of people who are just passing through or working at the factories and offices nearby. It’s a dusty part of town sometimes with all the trucks going by, but it’s a good spot for a restaurant. We serve meals to anyone who walks through the door, whether they’re locals from 203207 or people driving long distances. The chairs are simple and the tables are sturdy because they have to be. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just the basics. Our team is small, mostly people from around here who needed a job and know their way around a stove. We start prep work early so the food is ready when the lunch rush hits. It gets pretty loud when the GT Road traffic picks up, but you get used to the sound of horns after a while. We aren't trying to be a chain or anything like that. We just want to make sure the food is hot and the portions are enough for someone working a full shift. It's a plain, honest place to get a meal.
