Contrive Realtech LLP

Contrive Realtech LLP is basically just us working out of Tower C in Noida One. If you know Sector-62, you know it’s always busy with people rushing around and traffic everywhere. Our office is in room 323. It’s not a huge place, just a few desks and a lot of computers sitting around. Most days start with someone trying to fix the coffee machine because it’s older than it looks and fails often. We spend a lot of time on calls or looking at floor plans on our screens. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building gets a bit temperamental, so we have a small desk fan that we move around to stay cool. It's a regular workplace. People here have been together for a while now. We don't really have fancy meetings with slides; we usually just talk over the desks or while standing near the window looking at the traffic below. It’s a lot of work, honestly. We deal with real estate stuff all day, which means lots of paperwork and checking details on screens. There are stacks of files that need filing, and someone always forgets their lunch in the shared fridge. That’s just how it is here in Noida. We’re not trying to be anything we aren’t. Just a group of people trying to get things done and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the day. It gets loud when everyone is on the phone.
