Our office sits in B-84, Sector-2 over in Noida. It is a pretty standard spot in a busy part of the city where traffic is always a bit of a nightmare during the morning hours. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and dealing with all the little details that come with building things in Uttar Pradesh. Most days it is just us sitting around the table trying to figure out why a delivery is late or checking if the measurements are right. We are not really into the whole corporate vibe you see in the bigger towers nearby. We keep it simple and focus on what needs to get done on the ground. The staff usually gets lunch from the local shops nearby and we talk about the heat or whatever project is currently giving us trouble. There is always a bit of cement dust somewhere in the room even if we clean it every day. Construction is a messy business and we are right in the middle of it. We deal with the paperwork and the permissions which can be a real pain sometimes but it has to be done. If you walk into our space you will see folders piled up and a couple of computers that have seen better days. It is just a regular local business trying to make sure the walls go up straight and the projects stay on track without too much fuss.
