CLOUD STUDIO CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Cloud Studio Constructions LLP operates out of Noida, specifically in Sector 110. If you know the Lotus Panache towers, you can find us in Tower 6, on the 7th floor in unit 703. It’s actually Vikas Sharma’s place where we run things from. Working from a residential tower gives the whole business a more personal feel than being in a cold office building. We do construction work, and even though we are up on the 7th floor, we spend a lot of our time down on the ground at various sites around Noida. The office is a bit of a mix between a home and a workspace. You’ll see architectural drawings spread out on the dining table and samples of wood or stone in the corner. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when the whole team is there, but we make it work. Sector 110 is a developing area, so there is plenty of construction happening right outside our windows. We like being part of that growth. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby; people usually just call us or come up to the 7th floor to talk about their projects. We keep our operations small and focused. It’s mostly about making sure each job is done right without a lot of unnecessary fuss. We just take things as they come and try to keep our clients happy with the progress. It is a busy life, but we enjoy seeing the buildings go up.
