Chatore

Chatore is situated at A-1/15 in Sector 44, Noida. We are quite close to Amity School, so we get a lot of students passing by every single day. The energy around here is pretty high because of the school and the nearby offices. We started this place because we wanted something local for the people living around Sector 44. It’s not a massive restaurant, just a comfortable spot where you can grab something to eat. Most days, it’s just a mix of loud chatter from the younger crowd and a few quiet locals who come in for a break. We handle everything ourselves, from taking orders to making sure the trash is taken out. It’s a hands-on job, and there’s always something to fix or clean. The traffic in Noida can be a headache, but we’re tucked away enough that it’s not too bad once you’re inside. We don’t use any complicated recipes, just stuff that tastes like home. Sometimes we try out new items just to see if people like them. If they don't, we take them off the menu the next week. It’s a very trial-and-error kind of process. We aren't trying to be the most famous place in town, just a reliable one where you know what you’re getting. It feels good to know the names of some of our regulars who stop by after their classes end. It’s a simple life running a shop like this, but we enjoy the daily routine.
