We aren't some high-flying engineering firm with a lot of attitude or corporate polish. We’re just a bunch of guys who know how to handle tools and manage a building site. Our work takes us all over this part of Uttar Pradesh, from small home repairs to bigger contracting jobs for other people. Being based in Kulesara means we are close to the action but away from the main city noise. We spend a lot of time on our feet, dealing with suppliers and making sure the crews are doing what they should be doing. It’s not always a smooth process, there are always hiccups with deliveries or the weather getting in the way, but we just deal with it. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or by seeing us working on a nearby project. We keep our paperwork in order at the office and spend the rest of our time getting our hands dirty on-site. It’s honest, practical work that keeps the lights on for us. We like being builders and engineers because at the end of the day, you can actually see what you’ve accomplished with your own hands.
