Brijwasi Dhaba

You can find us over by the Sabzi Mandi in Sadarpur Colony. Bitto Chauhan runs things here on Amrapali Road. We are very close to the Hanuman Mandir, so it’s easy to find if you know the neighborhood. This dhaba is a simple place for anyone who needs a quick, hot meal. We get a lot of workers and people living in Gautam Budh Nagar. The chairs are plastic and the tables are steel, nothing fancy at all. We cook over big burners and the kitchen is open so you can see what’s happening. It’s loud because of the market noise, but that’s just how it is here. Our dal and roti are what most people ask for. We don't have a printed menu, we just tell you what's ready. The floor gets a bit messy during the rush, but we sweep it when we can. We've been in Noida for a while now and seen the buildings go up all around us. It’s a busy life. We start early to get the tea ready for the morning crowd. If you're near the temple or the vegetable market, just walk over. We don't put on any acts, it's just a regular dhaba for regular people. We keep the prices low so everyone can eat here without worrying. It’s just good, plain food.
