Boxacres Developers Private Limited operates out of Sector-10. We are located at A-12/1 on the fourth floor of Paras Appartment, which is right by Gokul Park. It’s a decent spot for an office, even if the stairs can be a bit much when the lift is acting up. We are developers, so our days are spent trying to get projects off the ground. It’s a lot of paperwork and making sure the numbers add up. The office isn't a fancy place. We have desks, some old chairs, and a lot of empty coffee cups. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just show up and do the work. Being near Gokul Park is good for when we need a break from the screens. We work with a handful of people we’ve known for years. Trust is a big thing for us. We don't do much advertising. Most people find us because they know someone we’ve worked with before. It’s a practical way to run a business. We handle the development side of things, from the first drawing to the final brick. It’s not always easy, and there are plenty of headaches with permits and supplies. But we keep at it. Sector-10 is a good community to be a part of. We aren't polished, but we are honest about the work and what it takes.
