Our office is located over at A-56 in Sector-12 of Noida. We are known as Bhumicon Buildtech India. Being in Gautam Budh Nagar means we are right in the middle of a lot of development. We spend most of our time working on buildtech projects, which is just a fancy way of saying we use technology to help with our construction work. It is a bit of a grind sometimes, especially when the summer heat in Uttar Pradesh kicks in. We are not some massive company with thousands of staff. We are just a local team that knows how to get things built. Our setup in Sector-12 is pretty basic because we prefer to spend our time out at the sites rather than sitting in an office all day. We do not do much in the way of advertising. Usually, people find us because they have seen our work around the neighborhood. We handle the planning, the materials, and the actual building process. It takes a lot of coordination to make sure everything is done right. We have been in this part of Noida for a while and we understand how things work here. There is always a new challenge or a problem to solve on a project, but that is just the nature of the construction business. We keep things simple and just focus on the bricks and mortar.
