BHAVANI CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is actually inside the Golf Vista Apartments, specifically Flat-251 in the T-2 block. It’s in Alpha-2, Greater Noida, which is a fairly quiet residential area. We run Bhavani Construction and Engineering from here, which might seem a bit unusual since it’s an apartment, but it serves us well for now. It keeps our overhead low and means we are always close to the work we are doing in the Alpha-2 neighborhood. We do a mix of construction and engineering tasks, mostly managing things from the desk and then heading out to the actual sites nearby. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure the projects are moving along without too many hiccups. The view from the apartment is nice, overlooking some of the greenery, which is a plus when you’re stuck doing paperwork or billing all afternoon. We don’t have any fancy signage outside the building, just our name on the directory in the lobby. Most of the people we work with are local to Greater Noida, so they know the building and the area quite well. It’s a simple setup—a few computers, a printer that jams occasionally, and plenty of files stacked on the shelves. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a glass-fronted office or expensive furniture; we’d rather just focus on the engineering side of things and get the jobs finished. Living and working in the same area means we don't have to deal with much of a commute, which is a big relief in this traffic.
