Base Mountain Construction Private Limited is located at E-354 on the first floor in Delta-1, Greater Noida. It is a straightforward setup in a part of the city that is constantly changing. When you walk into our space, you won’t see much besides some old computers, stacks of paper, and maybe a few hard hats sitting on a shelf. We don't spend a lot of time decorating or making things look pretty because our real work is out there in the dirt and the sun. We manage various building projects from this office, coordinating with laborers and trying to keep the material costs from spiraling out of control. Greater Noida is a big area to cover, so we are often driving back and forth between different sites. Sometimes we are at the desk until late in the evening trying to finish up a quote or sort out a scheduling conflict. The team is small, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to checking the quality of the bricks. It’s a tiring job but it feels good to see a building actually take shape from nothing. We’ve been in Delta-1 for a bit and we like the pace of the neighborhood. It’s just a regular local business trying to keep things moving and get the structures built right, without any of the extra fluff people expect these days.
