BALA BUILDCON PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located in Sector 121, Noida, specifically in the Garhi Chaukhandi area. It is on the 60 feet road, right behind Ajnara Homes. We are Bala Buildcon. We work in building and construction. Noida is always growing, so we have plenty of work to keep us busy. The office is at Khasra No 52. It is a bit of a busy area with all the new apartments going up nearby. We mostly deal with the actual building work on the ground. It is a lot of coordination between many different people. We are not a huge corporation with fancy suits. We wear boots and spend most of our time at the actual sites. Sometimes the dust is everywhere and the noise is very loud, but that is the job we chose. We have been working in this sector for a while now. We know the roads and the suppliers around here very well. It really helps to be local. We just do our thing without making a big fuss or advertising much. People come to us because we are right here in the neighborhood. We do not spend money on big ads or billboards. We just keep our heads down and work on the buildings. Sometimes we are juggling a few different things at once, which can get a little hectic. But we manage it. It is just a regular building company in Sector 121.
