Baba Ljs Construction (Opc) Privatelimited

My office is at Sh-21 in Sector-63A. I started Baba Ljs Construction (Opc) Privatelimited because I wanted to work for myself. Being an OPC means a lot of the responsibility falls on me, which can be pretty tiring. I do have a crew that helps me out on the actual job sites, but the management side is mostly my headache. Sector-63A is a busy area, lots of things going up all the time. I spend a lot of my time looking at plans and making sure we have enough cement or bricks for the next day. It’s a lot of juggling. Sometimes I wonder why I didn't just stay working for someone else, but then a project gets finished and it feels okay. I’m not trying to build skyscrapers or anything, just solid construction work for people who need it. The paperwork can be a real pain, especially with all the regulations these days. I try to keep my overhead low so I don't have to charge people a fortune. It’s just me and the guys doing what we know how to do. The weather in Uttar Pradesh can be tough on the schedule, so we just work when we can. If you're looking for me, I'm usually near the site or at the office in 63A trying to catch up on emails. It's a living. I've learned that patience is probably the most important tool I own in this business.
