We are located way up on the 22nd floor of Tower 2 in Panchsheel Wellington. If you know the Crossing Republic area in Ghaziabad, you know it is a busy place with a lot of high-rises everywhere. Asva Engineering India Private Limited is based right in the middle of all that activity. Being an engineering firm in such a fast-growing part of the city means there is always something going on. We spend our time looking at blueprints and working through technical details. It isn't always exciting, and sometimes it is just hours of staring at figures and making sure the math is right for a project. Ghaziabad has its own rhythm, and being up in the tower gives us a bit of a view of how much the city is changing every day. We don't have a team of people writing fancy brochures or ads for us. We are mostly engineers who just talk about the work and nothing else. We deal with a lot of different projects, and each one has its own set of problems to solve. Whether it is a small technical issue or a big structural plan, we just take it step by step. The traffic down in Crossing Republic can be a nightmare some days, but once you get up to the office, it is a bit quieter. We just focus on the engineering side of things and try to get through our list of tasks for the day. It is just a regular job for us.
