Noida Extension is always a mess with traffic, but that’s where we are. Our office is at Khasra No 164 in Balaji Enclave, right near Arif Ali on the main road. The names in the company are just the guys who started it, Ashraf, Ashu, and Pradeep. We do infratech work, which usually means we are managing sites and making sure things are moving along. Noida is growing so fast it feels like there's a new building every single week. Our spot is a busy corner of Gautam Buddha Nagar and we spend a lot of time either on the road or in the office looking at plans. It’s definitely not a quiet job. You have to talk to a lot of people every day, from suppliers to workers. Sometimes the dust from all the construction sites gets everywhere, but we are used to it by now. The team knows this area like the back of our hands. We aren't trying to be something we're not. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep everything on track. The office gets a bit crowded sometimes when everyone comes back from the field at the same time in the evening. We have our files and our tea, and we just figure things out as they come. Being in the 201301 area means we are right in the middle of all the action. It is a lot of hard work.
